SENIOR PROJECT ARCHITECT
Qualifications:
o Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years’ production experience in multi-story projects with preference for experience in Medical/Healthcare project type;
o Experience in sustainable practices with a preference for LEED accreditation;
o Sound background in architectural design, production, and consultant scope management;
o Knowledge and application of building systems, material performance, building codes and standards;
o Strong organizational and planning skills;
o Effective project team leader and communicator, able to keep projects on schedule and fully coordinated across the disciplines;
o Resolve complex technical and design issues;
o Ability to effectively communicate (sketch) ideas to the project team;
o Demonstrated proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD and fluent in use of MS Office suite of programs
- Bachelor of Architecture or Master of Architecture degree.
- NCARB Certification, Registered architect in the State of Texas preferred.
