Royal Norwegian Consulate

As the original architect in 1981, Bailey Architects, Inc. has been commissioned to revitalize the building located at 3410 West Dallas, to house the new offices of the Royal Norwegian Consulate General. Design features include a new faceted entry structure and skylight; as well as lobby, conference facility, and offices with interior finishes and fixtures selected to reflect the culture and character of native Norway. The interior designs were developed in collaboration with the interior designer for the Royal Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Renovations are slated for completion at the end of the year. The renovation is designed to meet LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) silver standards.
