St. Anne Offices and Priest Rectory
Bailey Architects has been providing architectural and interior design services to St. Anne Catholic Church and School since 1990. As a portion of the first phase of the new master plan, Bailey Architects renovated and expanded the existing priest rectory building to accommodate the living facilities for four priests and the new parish offices.
The scope of work included interior renovation of the existing building, an addition of 8,500 sf., and the design of a new courtyard. The building is entered through two entries; on the north side, the parish offices will have access from the parking lot while the priests will use a convenient private entrance to their living quarters on the south end. The design style of the living facilities stemmed from the Pastor´s appreciation of the Arts and Crafts Movement and included custom designed furniture in the living and dining rooms.
